It’s a monthly sticker pack that arrives directly in your mailbox! We have three sticker styles for you to choose from: Cute, Retro, and Pop. Each month we carefully curate a themed pack of stickers for the specific style you’ve chosen. Each pack contains 1 STICKII Storage insert, 2 theme stickers, 5-7 sticker sheets, with 10-50 individual die-cut sticker flakes, and extra stationery items (like sticky notes or unique paperclips).
On the 25, 26, 27th of the month we post ‘mini spoilers’ that show 1-2 items in each pack to help you get an idea of what might be coming, if you don’t like any, you can skip or cancel your renewal before it happens on the 28th. If you are curious about one or more then you can feel confident about your renewal and we post bigger spoilers on the 2, 3, and 4th that reveal the theme and you have until 5pm PST on the 7th to switch styles. Part of what makes STICKII so unique is that every subscription, every month, comes inside a STICKII Storage A5 insert so storing stickers is no problem! The inserts can be collected in any A5 6-hole binder but if you don’t have one, no problem, just use the binder rings that come with the packs (all 2018 packs have binder rings included, starting in 2019 binder rings can be found in our shop) and use those to create a flippable sticker stack! The theme sticker is provided for you to stick in the lower right hand corner so you can keep your stickers super organized and the other theme sticker is just for fun.

You sure can! And you can switch even after your renewal happens! Just make sure you switch by the 7th (by 5pm PST) by logging in to your subscription account as we print the shipping labels on the 8th. You’ll get an email confirmation after you hit ‘save’, if you don’t then it didn’t save!
Please note, your new selection will replace your original selections right away and it will continue that way until you switch again.
Of course! You can sign up for as many of the styles as you like! Click subscribe, pick your term, then at the checkout page just click subscribe again and choose the second and/or third subscription you want and add it to your cart. The system will tell you that you have more than one but that’s okay cause that’s what you want! Checkout as normal. Please note that if you purchase two subscriptions, they will be shipped separately.
Orders placed up til the 7th will be shipped on the 11th.
Orders placed between the 8th-21st will be shipped on the 22nd.
Orders placed after the 22nd will be shipped on the 11th of the following month.
All renewing orders will ship on the 11th of each month.
You’ll get a shipping notification when your pack is on its way! It takes 5-18 businesses days for delivery to a U.S. address, and up to 22 business days to an international address.
For sure! There are three ways you can do this:
(1) If the sign up has passed on this pack, you can wait until the pack is in the shop.
(2) If the deadline has not passed, you can create another subscription for the particular style/theme for the month and cancel before it renews.
(3) If you’re worried you might not remember to cancel and the deadline has not passed you can choose the style, month to month term, and choose the ‘gift’ option. Fill in your own shipping information, make sure it’s not marked for ‘auto-renewing’ and check out as normal. It’ll create a one time delivery and expire at the end of the month!
Because shipping is determined by weight combining two packs actually costs more to ship than shipping two separately. If you sign up for all three subscriptions, it won’t be any cheaper to ship but all your packs will be sent together.
Even though all packs are mailed at the same time for some reason they do not arrive at the same time! It’s very weird we know but packs can arrive up to 2 weeks apart at times. USPS is very random and strange and we ask that you give each pack 5-18 business days to arrive domestically and 22 business days internationally.
Domestic subscriptions we charge $1.00 per pack, for Canada it’s $1.75/pack, and $2.50/pack for anywhere else except Antarctica. If you’re in Antarctica, email us and we’ll work something out!
All STICKII subscription packs are sent USPS First-Class Mail without a tracking number but if it’s been a month and your pack hasn’t shown up, definitely send us an email at email@example.com
If you feel confident in receiving your mail at a University/College/Campus we can ship there but please note that in our experience delivery to a dorm is unreliable and often causes issues. It is recommended to use a shipping address that is a permanent home address outside of the University/College/Campus for a better chance of completed delivery.
You can log in to your STICKII subscription account and hit ‘edit’ in the shipping address section to change your shipping address. You must make all shipping address changes by the 5th of the month. You’ll get an email confirmation after you hit ‘save’, if you don’t then it didn’t save! Yup! We accept most credit cards and PayPal.
Your monthly recurring payment will be billed on the 28th of each month (for the following month), except for the first payment that will post immediately. If you signed up before the 21st, you will receive that month’s pack, and be billed again on the 28th of the month. If you signed up after the 21st, you will receive the next month’s pack and you will not be billed again until the next billing cycle. For example, if you’re signing up on June 21, your pack will ship on June 22, and your account will automatically renew June 28 for July packs.
You can log in to your subscription account and hit ‘edit’ where your payment method is, enter in the new information and hit save. You must make all payment method changes before the first of the month. You’ll get an email confirmation after you hit ‘save’, if you don’t then it didn’t save!
Absolutely. You can’t skip a shipment after it renews but you can skip the next one by logging into your Subscription account and hitting “Edit” under your subscription. Please note that skipping on or after the 28th of the month means that your account will not renew for the next cycle. It does not skip the current shipment and does not issue an automatic refund. (For example, if you skip on June 29, it means you will still get a pack for July but will be skipping your next renewal on July 28th for an August pack.) And if you are on a prepaid plan and hit ‘skip’, it will not skip the next shipment in your cycle but will skip the next term after your current one is done. If you need to skip and you’re on a prepay, please email us at email@example.com
No problem, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll manually charge your account for the month and it’ll generate a shipment.
Cancellation is simple, log in to your account and you can cancel it there. If you are on a 3 month or 6 month prepay and you cancel a subscription, you will still receive the number of STICKII packs you have paid for but will not renew again. If you’re on a month to month and cancel before the 28th, you will not renew and will not get another shipment. If you cancel on or after the 28th, you will still get a shipment but will not renew the following cycle. If you have difficulty cancelling, just send an e-mail to email@example.com. We’ll be sad to see you go but are always happy to help you.

Sure you can! Simply enter a friend’s address when you check out. Select the “This is a Gift” option. If you’d like to make the gift auto-renewing, then check the box and your subscription will be an on-going gift.
That’s okay! Just don’t cancel and make another subscription as refunds are not automatic. Reach out to us at email@example.com and let us know what the error was and we’ll work with you to fix it!
