What is STICKII Club?

STICKII Club is a subscription service that delivers stickers, stationery and accessories to your door monthly! Packs are curated by theme and are available in three styles: Cute, Vintage, and Pop.

Can I switch the styles of my subscription pack?

You sure can! Catch a peek at our monthly spoilers on instagram or facebook, and if you like another style, we make it easy to switch… because we want you to get only what you absolutely love! Simply log in to manage your account and switch your selection before the next renewal (by 11:59pm EST on the 27th of the month). Please note, your new selection will replace your original selection and will continue until you switch back.

Can I get more than one pack style?

Of course! Just log in to your account, click ‘manage subscriptions’, and then ‘add a pack’. You’ll be able to add one, two, or all three styles to your account.

Does the subscription come with tracking?

We ship sticker packs as first class letters, which keeps the shipping costs down for you! Unfortunately, there isn’t a tracking option available for first class letters. However, they’re always sent on the 11th of the month, though, so you know when happy mail is on its way!

When I sign up, will I get this month’s pack or next month’s pack?

It depends on when you sign up. Check the countdown clock on our home page to see the deadline for this month’s pack.

If you sign up BEFORE the deadline, you’ll get this month’s pack. Your subscription will then renew on the 28th of the month, which is the billing cycle for all subscribers.

If you sign up AFTER the deadline, you won’t receive this month’s pack, but you’ll get next month’s.

Do you ship shop orders together with subscriptions or separated?

Our subscription and shop are two separate departments. You can purchase them together, but shop orders will ship within 3 business days of purchase and your subscription will ship on the 11th of the month if you made your purchase by this month’s deadline on our website, or by the 11th of the following month if your purchase is after the deadline.

What is STICKII Club?

What’s included in each subscription pack?

Each pack includes a minimum of 10 items: 6+ sticker sheets, 3 stationery pieces and 1 STICKII storage insert to help you organize your collection. Analog goodness galore.

Can I switch the styles of my subscription pack?

Can I get more than one pack style?

Of course! Just log in to your account, click ‘manage subscriptions’, and then ‘add a pack’. You’ll be able to add one, two, or all three styles to your account.

Can I purchase just one pack from a specific month?

Yes! There are two ways to do this.

(1) If the sign up has passed on the pack you’d like, head on over to Shop > Past Subscription Packs to purchase the month you’re looking for. If it’s not there yet, just hang on tight, it will be soon. 

(2) If you’d like to get the current month’s pack (and the deadline hasn’t passed), you can join the subscription, select the style/theme that has those amazing stickers you’re after and then cancel your subscription before it renews.

Can I skip a month?

Yes, as long as it’s before 11:59pm EST on the 27th of the month. Log into your account, click ‘manage subscriptions’, select the subscription you want to skip and click ‘edit’ and then go to the ‘next renewal’ section and select ‘skip’.

Packs cannot be skipped after your account renews, so make sure to skip before 11:59pm EST on the 27th of the month! If you skip after the renewal, this month’s pack will already be in process, so the skip will apply to the next month’s shipment.

What is STICKII storage/binder/theme sticker?

We’re all about keeping your stickers well-organized! STICKII storage is a clear A5 insert that makes collecting and storing your stickers in one place super-easy. Inserts can be kept in any A5 six-hole binder, or you can purchase a folio in our shop. To help you organize your stickers, we provide theme stickers with every pack—stick them in the bottom corners of your insert to keep track of each collection!

Do subscribers get additional perks?

Yes! STICKII Club members receive early access to all major sales and new releases, a 20% off gift code for their birthday, and a monthly 5% discount they can use for any purchase in the shop.

How do monthly spoilers work?

We post monthly spoilers on instagram or facebook on the 22, 23, and 24th of the month. This means that you’ll see them before your renewal happens on the 28th. Don’t like the spoilers? Skip the month. Love the Vintage but are signed up for Cute? Switch to Vintage. Want to grab an extra pack? Go for it. Don’t have social media? We have you covered. We send all spoilers in an email on the 25th of every month, so you have plenty of time to finalize your packs by 11:59pm EST on the 27th of the month.

I saw the spoilers and love them. Now I’m regretting skipping a shipment. Can I unskip?

Of course you can! You can unskip a renewal as long as you do it before 11:59pm EST on the 27th of the month. To do so, log in, click ‘manage subscriptions’, then pick the subscription you want to skip, click ‘edit’ and then go to the ‘next renewal’ section and select ‘unskip’. If it’s after the renewal cutoff, please email us at hello@stickiiclub.com and we’ll manually charge your account for the pack.

When will I get my first pack?

Packs are always mailed out on the 11th of the month. Due to Covid, they can take anywhere between 5 to 20 business days to arrive in the US, and 2 to 6 weeks internationally.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time. Log into your account, click ‘manage subscriptions’ then pick the subscription you want to skip, click ‘edit’ and then go to the ‘next renewal’ section and select ‘cancel’.

If you cancel after your subscription has renewed on the 28th, you’ll still receive this month’s pack, but it won’t renew for any following months. If you cancel before renewal, you won’t receive an upcoming pack or be billed for any others.

Payment

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yup! We accept most credit cards and PayPal.

When will I be charged?

Subscriptions are billed at the stroke of midnight on the 28th of each month (that’s one minute after 11:59pm on the 27th!) in the Eastern Time Zone of the US, except for your first payment, which posts immediately. If you signed up before 11:59pm EST on the 7th of the month, you will receive that month’s pack, and be billed again on the 28th of the month. 

If you signed up after 11:59pm EST on the 7th, you will receive the next month’s pack and you will not be billed again until the next billing cycle. 

For example, if you’re signing up on June 6, your pack will ship on June 11, and your account will automatically renew on June 28 for the July pack. 

How do I update my payment method?

Log in to your account and click on ‘Billing Info’ on the left hand side and then enter your new information and click ‘save’. All payment method changes must be made before 11:59pm EST on the 27th of the month to be reflected on your upcoming payment.

Shipping

How much is shipping on the subscription?

US: $1 per pack
Canada: $1.75 per pack
Everywhere else: $2.5 per pack

How much is shipping on non-subscription items?

Shipping costs vary by weight and will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

If I subscribe to two or three packs each month, are shipping costs combined?

Packs are shipped as first class letters (where the postage is determined by weight), so the cost of combining two packs actually costs more to ship than shipping the two packs separately. In other words, a pack weighs what it weighs and putting them together in one envelope doesn’t make them weigh any less! Therefore, you’ll pay the same shipping per pack whether you order 1, 2, or 3 packs, but purchases of 3 will arrive in the same shipment.

Does the subscription come with tracking?

Do shipments from the shop come with tracking?

Smaller shipments, including subscriptions, are mailed as first-class letters to keep costs down, so they do not have a tracking number. However, larger orders ship as packages and will have a tracking number. If you’ve waited the estimated wait time from your shipment date and you haven’t received your order, contact us at hello@stickiiclub.com

I have two subscriptions but only one arrived!

All packs are mailed at the same time via USPS as first-class letters, but they do not always arrive at the same time. We’re unsure why—it’s a post office mystery!—but we promise they’re on their way. Due to the pandemic, mail is crazier than usual. Please give each pack 7-21 business days to arrive domestically and 2-6 weeks internationally.

Do you ship to college campuses?

We can ship to anywhere that USPS delivers, including college dorms and campuses. However, if your experience receiving mail at your dorm is unreliable, we suggest using a permanent home address for more reliable delivery.

How can I change my shipping address?

Log in to your STICKII subscription account, click ‘manage subscriptions’, then pick the subscription you want to update and click ‘edit’. Please note you will need to update EVERY subscription individually that needs a shipping address change.  All shipping address changes must be made by 11:59pm EST on the 27th of the month in order to be reflected in your upcoming subscription pack. 

To change a shipping address on a shop order, please email us directly at hello@stickiiclub.com.

Yes! We ship to most countries.

How long does delivery take?

Shop orders are shipped via USPS within three business days and delivery can take between 7-20 business days for domestic orders and 2-6 weeks for international orders.

Can I purchase STICKII storage separately?

Yes! You’ll find inserts and other storage essentials in our shop.

Can I get a free pack for review or become an influencer?

Please email us at hello@stickiiclub.com with links to your social media accounts and we’ll see if it’s a match! Please note: due to high requests we are periodically closed to new influencers.

Can I give a STICKII CLUB subscription as a gift?

Sure you can! You have two options.

(1) You can purchase a gift card in the shop and then the lucky recipient can use that card to purchase a subscription (or anything else from the shop) themselves.

(2) You can directly purchase a subscription as a gift, by entering the recipient’s shipping information when signing up.

What is the difference between the shop and the subscription?

Purchases made through our shop are for individual one-time orders. When you sign up for a STICKII subscription, you’ll receive packs of stickers, stationery and accessories, delivered to you monthly!

Can I use my subscription account to purchase from the shop?

Yes! We have updated our website so that your subscription account can now be used for making purchases from the shop, as well. With your one account, you can purchase subscriptions, update them, manage your wishlist, buy from the shop and see your order history all from your account.

How do I use my wishlist?

Make sure you’re logged in to your account and simply “heart” things you’d like to add to your wishlist!
